This is TOO cute!!! Kinda funny and kinda sad too. Poor baby must not like veggies! Me either!

You know, Ezra really is a very happy baby. Eating green beans has been one of the few times that he's not happy. Luckily Nanna figured out a way to get him to eat them. She mixes them up with his meat. Smart thinking Nanna!

Whoa, you couldn't fool me on that one! Yikes! (But, yeah, way to go Nanna!)

Surely these photos could be on the cover of a card or something. So adorable. My boys don't care for greenbeans either, unless if they are at grandma's house. Maybe grandmother's have the secret touch?! Nanna's solution makes me think of the cookbook controversy with Jerry Seinfeld's wife.

What's the controversy? That's she's sneaking in the veggies? I saw her on Oprah a few months ago talking about her new cookbook and how she gets her kids to eat their veggies. I think about her every time I make a new batch of Ezra's food. About every 2-3 weeks I make food for him. I break out the food processor and mix him up some baby food Nell style! And just like she said...it really is quite easy. Takes me about an hour and I get all his food made for the next 2-3 weeks. I think she has great ideas! Especially since I've now seen Ezra's reactions to green beans. If I have to sneak it in by blending it with chicken then I guess that's how it will have to be. He does love lots of other veggies though so we don't always have to blend it with others. Next on our list to try is peas!

I think the controversy is over Jessica's book possibly being too similar to another cookbook that came out (or was to come out) about the same time. The other author is claiming Jessica stole (or copied too closely) her recipes. Something like that....they are recipes that do try to incorporate veggies into foods by disguise.
